SHIPPING AND RETURNS

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders made within Australia will be sent Express with Australia Post with tracking. As soon as we ship your items, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Should you not be present at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card in your letterbox so that you can collect it from the post office listed on the card. It is your responsibility to ensure you collect this within the designated Australia Post holding parcel deadline. Our responsibility ends the minute you receive a calling card in the mail.  Australian orders are inclusive of GST as required by Federal Law. Please allow for manufacture time as well as postage as items may be made to order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders made internationally will incur different rates. Please email us at info@andreaestelle.com.au if you are not shopping from the USA so that we can give you an exact cost for shipping our goods to you. Please note that all prices will be quoted in AUD (Australian) dollars. It is your responsibility to convert this amount to your country's currency.

Please note our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your countries government website for more information.

 

RETURNS

We take great pride in our products, and hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Although we are not required by law to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind,  we will however be more then happy to exchange those products or offer a store credit (other than custom made pieces or gift cards), subject to the following conditions:

Contact must be made within 3 days of purchase and items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase

You must provide your name and address
The returned items must not be jewellery or stock clearance items
The returned items must be unused with original tags/labels attached

Note:
If you wish to return or exchange an item which was purchased on our website please email info@andreaestelle.com.au. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Excludes any postage and handling cost. If these requirements are not satisfied, We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or store credit.

Faulty Item Returns:
You can choose a refund or exchange if the item has a manufacturers fault. 
If the piece has a manufacturers fault, under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensations for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on custom made pieces if you change your mind. Please be sure to read and follow the care guidelines as Andrea Estelle designs will not be responsible for any damaged caused by the consumer. Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt. Pick-up and delivery is not included in this warranty.
